My wife and I are planning a July trip to the Black Hills and surrounding area. We have four days to spend and will be staying overnight in Deadwood 2 nights and Hill City two nights after having come from Iowa and spending our first night at Wall, SD. Once I get my tentative itinerary figured out, I%26#39;ll be posting for input.
Has anyone on this forum any experience with the GPS Tour Guide systems offered by SmartAlec Adventures? See: http://www.smartalecgpstours.com/
When in Alaska a couple years ago, we rented a jeep that had a similar unit that had a voice that told you in some detail about sites coming up.
Is SmartAlec the only GPS tour deal offered in the Black Hills area? Are there others we should consider?
Thanks in advance for any help from those familiar with this subject.

Did you try the SmartAlec tour guide in the Black Hills? I would love to hear your thoughts!

Had I had some positive input, I probably would have tried it. But I did not. We did use something similar in the Denali National Park in Alaska though with a jeep rental and enjoyed it.
