motor nature trails?

We have enjoyed vacationing in the smoky mountains and love the motor trails such as cades cove and roaring fork, is there anything like this in the area? thx much

There%26#39;s nothing quite like this in SD, but I think you would enjoy Custer State Park%26#39;s Wildlife Loop. There are no homesteads like in the cove and Roaring Fork, but there%26#39;s animals galore. On the wildlife loop, you will see wild burros, deer, big horn sheep, pronghorn, bison, and prairie dogs.

I%26#39;m not sure what the trails that mention are like but there are a lot of slow, winding roads in the Black Hills. As mentioned, there%26#39;s Custer State Park. Also, a stop at a forest service office will provide you information and maps. The obvious are listed all over this forum: The Needles Highway, Iron Mountain Road, the Wildlife Loop, Spearfish Canyon. Others that aren%26#39;t talked about quite so much are the Fort Meade Nat%26#39;l Scenic Byway and Vanocker Canyon--both of which are closer to Sturgis.
