Wall drug before or after?

We are coming from spending the night in Sioux Falls. We will stop at Corn Palace, then onto either Wall Drug or Badlands NP. After spending one night in Badlands NP we are going to Kestone for two nights. Would it be better to drive on pass the first exit for Badlands, go onto Wall ,visit there, then go onto Badlands? Also we we were told we could go thru Custer State Park after leaving Badlands and going to Keystone. Can someone let me know which would be better? With gas pricesthe way they are, we dont want to be backtracking.

To avoid backtracking, it will be best to go to Wall Drug after the Badlands. The shortest and quickest route from the Wall to Keystone will be through Rapid City--not through the Badlands.

Going from the Badlands to Custer State Park through Hermosa and then going to Keystone would make for an interesting route. But the Badlands-Wall-Rapid City-Keystone route saving Custer State Park for the next day is the most standard.

We are going to do Wall City before Badlands. After Badlands we will come back out to hwy 90 and at exit 60 pick up bus 16 to 79 then to 36 then to 16 ALT into Custer State Park. Do the loop and then go to Mt Rushmore in the evening??? . How does that look and how long will all that take,lol. Someone else suggested that route and it looks good to me.
