We are also considering the Blue Bell State Lodge chuckwagon dinner. May be a mistaken assumption, but I thought a dinner associated with Custer State Park might be more authentic?

We did the Bluebell Chuckwagon dinner two nights ago. It was very nice - not touristy at all - we all had a great time. We were even lucky enough to see quite a bit of wildlife on the way: deer, bison herds - twice!
